  • Do you accept PayPal?
    No.. The sale of mushroom spores are prohibited through PayPal digital payments and therefore we do NOT accept PayPal to conduct financial transactions.
  • Do you accept credit or debit cards?
    No.. The sale of mushroom spores are prohibited through all credit card and debit card processing companies
  • Do you accept Bitcoin?
    Yes... Our shopping cart does not allow Bitcoin payments directly so we will email you once your order has been placed to arrange payment
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently accept: CashApp, Zelle, Moneygram, PopMoney, Bitcoin, or Cash by mail.. Ask us about our various Crypto payment options... Payment methods are subject to change at anytime.. We truly appreciate your patience with these "harder than should be" payment methods we must use for the time being. We are always looking for additional payment methods. Due to the nature of our business (spores) credit card companies and banks make it difficult for us to work with them. Hopefully, as laws change with the legality of psilocybin in the United States, credit card companies and banks will be more open to working with us. If you live outside of the United States and do not have access to these payment methods please contact us and we will be happy to work with you
  • Can I pick up my order?
    <font>We do not have a store front and therefore cannot offer local pick-up at this time. All orders must be shipped </font>
  • How do I grow spores into mushrooms?
    Legally we cannot respond to any questions or comments in relation to growing. Absolutely no inquiring about instructions for growing and cultivating. All items sold on our website are intended for microscopy, taxonomy, and research purposes only! Any buyer that mentions an intent to use our products for cultivation, growing, and/or harvesting will be revoked from future purchasing opportunities.
  • Can I modify my order?
    If you would like to add or remove a product from your order please email us at SporeToys@gmail.com as quickly as possible. We are always happy to add or remove something from your order as long as your order has not already shipped
  • May I cancel my order?
    You may cancel your order, for any reason, provided your order has not shipped and a shipping label has not been created. Once an order is placed, you have a small window to cancel before a shipping label is generated. Once a shipping label is generated but the package has not yet been handed over to USPS, you may still request cancelllation but you will not get a refund for the shipping charges. Once your package is in USPS possession, orders cannot be canceled and refunds will not be given. Refunds can only be sent back to the original payment method.
  • How do I store my spores long term?
    Spore syringes should be stored in a clean baggie and placed in a refrigerator. Refrigerating the syringes increases the length of time the spores will remain clean and usable for microscopy.
  • I can't see spores in my syringe (or) there are black clumps in my syringe
    Mushroom spores are microscopic and not visible to the human eye. You can only view them under a microscope. Sometimes you may see clumps in the syringe which is due to sitting in the shipping box (shake the syringe to break up any visible clumps)
  • I am under 18, can I order from you?"
    This site is intended for persons who are at least 18-years-old. Persons under 18 are prohibited from purchasing any material from SporeToys.com Proof of age may be required if we suspect you are a minor
  • Do you take preorders for out of stock items?
    No, we do not take preorders for out of stock items
  • When will my order ship?
    Orders generally ship within 3-7 business days of payment, if not sooner. Please make sure your address is entered correctly and include all relevant information at checkout to help eliminate delays in shipping. Please see our store policy section for more detailed information on our shipping policies
  • Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
    Yes, all orders will receive a USPS tracking number.
  • Do you ship to California, Idaho, or Georgia?"
    Due to current laws, we do not ship to California, Idaho, or Georgia
  • Help! Package returned to sender!!
    This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery. Refunds will not be given on undeliverable packages. If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you will be responsible for the new shipping costs. Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable packages that are returned to us will NOT be processed as a refund or exchange. Once your package has reached the sender, us, we will make every effort to contact you. We ask that you respond back within 14 days or lose the oppurtunity for reshipment of your package and no refund will be given.
  • My package was lost, misdelivered, stolen, or damaged"
    We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, stolen, or damaged packages due to courier error. Once the package leaves our warehouse we have no control over the postal service. Feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service. If your package was successfully delivered and stolen off your porch or mail box, you have options. For USPS deliveries, you can file a mail theft complaint with the U.S. postal inspection service. USPS will start your claims process. If your package came through another carrier, contact that carrier service to file a claim. Most of our packages are sent via USPS. With international shipping, the package starts with USPS then handed over to your carrier service. If you checked your tracking number and your package was lost in the mail or misdelivered, you have options. For USPS deliveries, you can file a lost mail complaint with the U.S. postal inspection service. USPS will start your claims process. If your package came through another carrier, contact that carrier service to file a claim. Most of our packages are sent via USPS. With international shipping, the package starts with USPS then handed over to your carrier service. If your package was damaged as a result of shipping, you have options. For USPS deliveries, you can file a damaged package complaint with the U.S. postal inspection service. USPS will start your claims process. If your package came through another carrier, contact that carrier service to file a claim. Most of our packages are sent via USPS. With international shipping, the package starts with USPS then handed over to your carrier service. Again, the seller has no control over shipping mishaps or porch pirates.
  • Package marked delivered but not received
    Some shippers may leave your package at your door without requiring a signature. First check your door step then ask members of your household or neighbors. If your package is still unaccounted for, you have options. For USPS deliveries, you can file a missing package complaint with the U.S. postal inspection service. USPS will start your claims proces. If your package came through another carrier, contact that carrier service to file a claim. Most of our packages are sent via USPS. For international shipping, the package starts with USPS then handed to the carrier in your country. You will need to contact your carrier.
  • I received the incorrect item
    You have 48 hours after delivery confirmation to send a picture to SporeToys@gmail.com of the item in its original packaging to receive a replacement at no cost to you. No refunds! Absolutely no replacements after the 48 hour window has closed. At no time will any freebies be replaced, only paid for items
  • The chekout page is asking for a shipping address and a billing address, what is the difference?"
    The shipping address is where we will mail your order. The billing address is the address connected to your payment method.
  • You didn't answer my question!!
